Numorotech Apps

Your Privacy Choices

Trivia Quest · Last updated: July 15, 2026

In plain language Trivia Quest has no email/password or social-login account. Your solo progress and settings live on your device—clear App storage or uninstall to remove them. Compete nicknames are typed when you create or join a friend room, shown to others in that room, and are not saved on your device. We cannot wipe your phone remotely.
About “account deletion” in app stores Google Play and Apple ask whether users can request deletion of data. Because Trivia Quest does not create searchable customer accounts, there is no separate account to delete. You control on-device data yourself; for crash or usage data our providers may hold, email us and we will help within the limits of anonymous systems.

1. No traditional account

We do not ask for an email, phone number, or social-media login to play Trivia Quest, and we do not keep a conventional customer profile we can search by your name or email. Optional friend games may create a temporary anonymous play ID so a room can work.

2. Information on your device

Solo progress, language preference, and reminder settings are stored on your device. To remove them: open your device settings, find Trivia Quest, and clear its storage—or uninstall the App. Numorotech cannot delete that information for you from afar.

3. Friend games (nicknames per room)

When you create or join an optional friend room, the App asks for a nickname to show others in the lobby and match. You enter it each time; we do not save it in the App’s on-device storage. While a room is active, the nickname and live scores may be stored in our cloud systems so the match can work. Those records are tied to anonymous technical IDs, not to an email address or recoverable account.

Because of that design, we generally cannot find or erase a specific room record based only on an email you send us. If you have a concern, email kiran@numorotech.com with the subject “Trivia Quest privacy request” and any room codes you remember. We will take reasonable steps within the limits of anonymous systems.

4. Crash reports and usage statistics

The App may send crash reports and basic usage statistics so we can keep it working and improve it. Uninstalling stops further reports from that installation. These are not accounts you manage in the App. To ask about data our providers may hold, email kiran@numorotech.com.
